HYPRO 4 ROLLER CAST IRON PUMP - REVERSE ROTATION - 5/8 SOLID SHAFT

This 5 lb., Hypro 4101C Roller Pump has cast iron housing and a cast iron rotor with Viton Shaft seals and Super Rollers. It has a clockwise rotation for coupling directly to a gasoline engine. These heavy-duty, positive displacement 4-roller Hypro pumps contain rollers that revolve inside the pump housing to force the spray solution through the nozzle's outlet. They can easily adapt to PTO, gas engine and electric motor drives. Hypro Roller Pumps are used for a variety of agricultural tasks such as the spraying and transferring of liquids such as herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, emulsives, aromatic solvents, liquid fertilizers and other non-abrasive liquids. If you are only pumping water, the cast iron 4101C is recommended. You can also use the cast iron pump for agricultural chemical spraying but you may want to switch to Ni-Resist or Silvercast (XL) for longer life. It is recommended to use the 23120a-1/2pp or 6815-1/2 model regulator with this pump. It is also recommended that you purchase a repair kit for this pump at the same time you purchase the pump so it is handy just in case your pump experiences frictional wear. In machines with moving parts some frictional wear is unavoidable. Not for use with wettable powders. Self-priming operation: roller pumps should not be run dry.
